Power supply
The DATMO kit uses two types of power supplies in the switchboards supplying DC voltage that feeds the communication part of the switchboard; both the power supplies operate with backup battery in the event of a longer power supply failure. They differ from one another in their output.
OVZ power supply
The OVZ power supply for street lighting system switchboards incorporates all the control functions of DC power supply distribution inside the street lighting system switchboard.

- It provides DC voltage of 12V and 24V for all RVO(switchboard) basic modules: CPU, SPP, MSB –K, RVO regulation unit and RVO communication modem
- It allows wireless communication with service PDA for each RVO including standard USB port for communication with a PC by means of IRP
- It allows sophisticated recharging (depending on ambient temperature) of the backup battery for securing the operation (of the control unit and communication) in the case of switchboard power supply failure for 8 hours (battery service life: 8 years)
- With on-line communication through RACOM radio modem, Wi-Fi or GPRS modem, it allows remote monitoring of all operational voltages of the power supply through visualization.
OVZ Mini power supply
The OVZ Mini power supply is primarily designed for the supply of voltage of 12 V and 24 V in devices installed in the street lighting system switchboards. It is backed up by an accumulator. The power supply has accumulator charging and testing management implemented. It is connected to the control unit which diagnoses its condition. Its output is sufficient for the independent feeding of individual elements of the DATMO kit, however, most frequently switchboards without voltage regulation and communication using GSM modem.
