Current flow sensor

This is a contactless method of current flow measurement. The threshold value of the detected current is approximately 200 mA while the maximum value of the measured current is 50 A. The sensor has been designed for detecting current in 18 branch lines of the street lighting system (9 cables with three phases each) or for 9 branch lines (3 cables with three phases each). It is also fitted with 6 free inputs for arbitrary use.  
 Current flow sensor:

  • Is connected through the backbone data bus bar (RE 485) of the switchboard on the CPU DATMO
  • Is fitted with a USB port for communication with a PC
  • Indicates the current presence and intensity in individual phases of cable directions including initial connection and scanning of a reference mask or a mask after each modification of connection of RVO(switchboard) outlets
  • It allows contactless current flow measuring in individual branch lines – street lighting system phases
  • It assesses size of  change of current flow in individual phases of cable directions (number of luminaires in individual phases out of operation)
